The firm was originally established to provide third party marketing and sales assistance to private investment managers. Unlike most third party marketers, HRC does not require retainers or other fixed investments from its asset management partners. HRC covers the cost of marketing in exchange for a percentage of the revenue created. In this role the firm has decided to focus on asset retention in addition to asset gathering. Today, HRC is used as a conduit to find undiscovered investment firms which may lack wide scale notoriety. In making a commitment to be a source of new ideas for its clients, the firm continues to develop a network of some of the industry's brightest minds.
