HRC Portfolio Solutions, LLC ("HRC") is a third party marketing firm which solicits business for the asset managers ("AMs") it represents by marketing the AMs' services to financial professionals who, in turn, may recommend the AMs to their clients.  Pursuant to written agreements with the AMs, HRC's compensation from the AMs is based upon a percentage of the revenue the AMs receive for the management of certain portfolios.  Investors brought to the AMs by the efforts of HRC do not pay more than those who come to the AMs directly.  HRC is not affiliated with any of the managers it represents, and does not provide investment advice.
